Country Manager Norway
We are looking for a hands‑on leader to take Noteless Norway to the next step, safeguard our home‑market lead and grow through smart partnerships and strong commercial focus. Are you the one?
Building on Noteless’ strong home‑market momentum, you will own the Norwegian P&L and end‑to‑end go‑to‑market. Your mission is to safeguard our leadership position in Norway by harvesting our existing customer base within GPs as well as other verticals. You will be responsible for high‑impact partnerships that open the door to municipalities and other strategic channels. Working shoulder‑to‑shoulder with Operations, Marketing and Product, you will turn Norway into the showcase blueprint for Nordic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Blueprint & Segmentation – Refine TAM, competitive landscape and ideal‑customer profiles across GPs, additional verticals as well as municipal segments.
- Pipeline Ownership & Revenue Growth – Forecast and deliver licence, ARR and retention targets; manage full‑funnel sales motions from discovery to signature and renewal.
- Strategic Partnerships – Structure and close partnerships with EHR vendors, municipal organisations and professional associations to accelerate penetration beyond the limited GP pool.
- Vertical Expansion – Tailor propositions and playbooks for other priority segments; run pilots and convert.
- Compliance & Localization – Safeguard that all commercial, product and marketing activities fully align with Norwegian laws, privacy standards and relevant regulations.
- Cross‑Functional Leadership – Coordinate Marketing, Product, Engineering and Operations around country OKRs, provide market feedback loops to give valuable insights into company roadmap
- Playbook & Reporting – Distil learnings into a repeatable market‑expansion playbook; own monthly forecast, KPI dashboard and budget.
Who you are
- 7+ years of commercial or general‑management experience, preferably in healthcare SaaS, med‑tech or digital health.
- Demonstrable P&L ownership and a strong record of hitting revenue targets.
- Existing network within Norwegian primary care or municipal health is advantageous, not mandatory; ability to build credibility quickly is essential
- Proven ability to cultivate and manage strategic partnerships and channel alliances that accelerate market expansion.
- Analytical, data‑driven mindset; comfortable with funnel metrics, pricing models and ROI analysis.
- Native‑level Norwegian and fluent English.
- Startup / scale‑up mindset: scrappy, adaptable and hands‑on.
- Bonus: clinical background or health‑economics expertise.
