Customer Support Specialist
Noteless is an AI assistant that allows clinicians to focus on patient care instead of administrative tasks. We’re building this AI assistant step by step, initially focusing on automating clinical documentation. The core of the product is an "ambient scribe" that transcribes doctor-patient conversations and generates a clinical note based on them.
We are now looking for a part-time Customer Support Specialist who will play a key role in supporting our customers. Your main responsibility will be to ensure they receive fast, professional, and friendly assistance, while also contributing to increased customer satisfaction and growth.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support across multiple digital channels (email and phone).
- Handle technical inquiries and collaborate with our product and engineering teams to troubleshoot issues.
- Proactively follow up with users to ensure they get maximum value from Noteless.
- Gather user feedback and share insights internally to improve both product and processes.

Qualifications
- Relevant education in fields such as service, administration, technology, or healthcare. Relevant experience can compensate for formal education.
- Experience in customer service, technical support, or similar roles is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support systems is a plus.
- Language requirements: Fluent in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written. Additional languages (German, Spanish, Dutch) are a bonus but not required.
