Head of Sales & Partnerships, Nordics
Lead Noteless’s Nordic commercial expansion as our Head of Sales & Partnerships, building the team, driving revenue, and shaping how clinicians work across the region
Noteless is looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Sales & Partnerships, Nordics to build and lead our Nordic commercial function. You will be responsible for defining and executing our commercial strategy - spanning direct sales, partnerships, and revenue operations.
You have a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, with experience selling to both public and private sectors. You are a builder at heart - equally comfortable setting strategy and rolling up their sleeves to establish processes, build teams, and close key deals.
You will be a strong contributer to shaping Noteless’s commercial direction, ensuring that our solutions reach clinicians, healthcare providers, and organizations through direct and partner-led channels.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Strategy & Leadership
- Build the Nordic sales team ground up, defining the structure, roles, and processes needed to scale sustainably.
- Develop and execute our go-to-market strategy, spanning direct sales and channel sales.
- Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and forecasting models that drive performance, visibility, and accountability.
- Design and implement Noteless’s sales playbook, including pipeline management, qualification frameworks, and deal governance.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive new business acquisition within both private and public sector segments, including clinicians, small to mid-sized companies, and healthcare organizations.
- Lead the process for public tender participation, ensuring compliance, competitive positioning, and effective execution.
- Develop tailored approaches for direct-to-clinician sales, SME accounts, and institutional buyers.
- Negotiate and close deals, balancing growth goals with long-term customer value.
Partnership Development
- Define and execute Noteless’s partnership strategy to establish partnerships as a meaningful and scalable revenue stream.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with strategic partners — including resellers, distributors, system integrators, and technology collaborators.
- Lead contract management and negotiation processes with both customers and partners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to design joint go-to-market initiatives, integrations, and co-marketing campaigns.
- Evaluate and refine partnership performance to ensure mutual success and measurable ROI.
This is you
- 6+ years of experience in commercial, sales, or partnership leadership roles within B2B SaaS or technology companies.
- Experience in healthcare or MedTech
- Proven experience building and scaling sales organizations.
- Strong track record in public and private sector sales, including familiarity with public tenders and procurement processes.
- Experience managing and growing partner and channel ecosystems as a revenue driver.
- Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability and a data-driven approach.
