Noteless is an AI assistant that allows clinicians to focus on patient care instead of administrative tasks. We’re building this AI assistant step by step, initially focusing on automating clinical documentation. The core of the product is an "ambient scribe" that transcribes doctor-patient conversations and generates a clinical note based on them.
We are now looking for a Customer Success Specialist to our Copenhagen Office who will play a key role in supporting our danish customers. Your main responsibility will be to ensure they receive fast, professional, and friendly assistance, while contributing to increased customer satisfaction, sales and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively follow up with customers to ensure they get maximum value from Noteless.
Drive successful onboarding of new customers by ensuring smooth implementation and building trusted relationships that support long-term partnership and success
Provide professional customer support across multiple digital channels (email and phone).
Handle technical inquiries and collaborate with our product and engineering teams to troubleshoot issues.
Lead renewal processes and contribute to initiatives that reduce churn
Analyze usage patterns and satisfaction data to identify customers at risk.
Gather user feedback and share actionable insights internally to improve product and operations.
Support sales-related follow-up and contribute to achieving our OKRs in Denmark.

Qualifications:
Experience in Customer Success, Sale, Account Management, or similar roles is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant fields such as business administration, technology, healthcare or innovation. Relevant experience can compensate for formal education.
Experience with CRM tools and customer support systems is desirable.
Language requirements: Native-level Danish and fluent English, both written and spoken. Additional language (German, Spanish, Dutch) are a bonus but not required.
