Who we are
Noteless is a Nordic health-tech company building AI-powered clinical documentation tools that help healthcare professionals spend less time on admin and more time with patients. We’re growing our Copenhagen team and are looking for a part-time Student Assistant Designer to support our day-to-day growth initiatives and collaborate closely with our design function across the Nordics.

The role

As our Student Assistant Designer, you’ll work hands-on with the Growth team in Copenhagen to create and iterate on high-quality visual assets that support marketing, sales, and product communication. You’ll also receive guidance from our Principal Designer in Norway, giving you a great mix of local collaboration and cross-team design work.

This is a practical, execution-heavy role where you’ll build a portfolio of real work that goes live and gets seen.

What you’ll do

• Design and produce marketing and growth assets in Figma (ads, landing page visuals, one-pagers, presentations, event materials, etc.)

• Create and format print-ready and digital materials in InDesign (e.g., brochures, PDFs, clinic-facing collateral)

• Contribute to and help maintain our visual design system (components, templates, brand assets)

• Collaborate with growth on experiments and campaigns

• Tools you’ll use

You’ll mainly work in:

• Figma

• Adobe InDesign

It’s also a plus if you’re comfortable with:

• Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop

• After Effects / Premiere (light motion/video)

• Notion / Google Workspace (handoffs, briefs, collaboration)

• Basic web fundamentals (layout, responsiveness, typography, accessibility)

Who you are

• You’re currently enrolled in a relevant program (design, visual communication, digital media, UX/UI, etc.)

• You have strong taste and attention to detail, and care about producing polished work

• You’re comfortable taking a brief and turning it into clear, on-brand deliverables

• You work well with feedback and can iterate quickly

• You’re structured, reliable and able to manage small tasks independently

• You can work from our Copenhagen office (hybrid can be discussed)

Nice to have

• Experience designing for growth/marketing (paid social, landing pages, conversion assets)

• Experience with component libraries / design systems in Figma

• Interest in health-tech
