Noteless is a Nordic health-tech company building AI-powered clinical documentation tools that help healthcare professionals spend less time on admin and more time with patients. We’re growing quickly in the Norwegian market and are looking for a part-time Growth intern to support our commercial and growth activities.
This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing startup, working closely with sales, growth, and operations.
The role
As a Growth intern, you’ll be part of our commercial team and work directly with potential and existing customers. Your work will focus on customer follow-up, insights gathering, and executing growth activities in the Norwegian market.
This is a practical, people-facing role where you’ll learn how commercial teams operate in a real startup environment — from first contact with prospects to understanding why customers convert, stay, or churn.
What you’ll do
Execute growth and commercial activities in the Norwegian market
Follow up with potential customers and trial users via phone and email
Collect insights from conversations with prospects and customers and share learnings with the team
Follow up with customers who cancel their subscription to understand reasons and identify improvement opportunities
Support general customer-related operational tasks
Execute growth and commercial activities in the Norwegian market
Help maintain structured records of customer interactions and insights
Who you are
You’re currently enrolled in a relevant program (business, sales, marketing, entrepreneurship, or similar)
You’re not afraid to talk to people and are comfortable communicating by phone and email
You’re structured, reliable, and able to follow up on tasks independently
You’re curious and enjoy learning about customers and their needs
You are fluent and communicate clearly in Norwegian
Nice to have
Previous experience with sales, customer support, or customer communication
Interest in startups, SaaS, or health-tech
Experience working with CRM systems
