Help shape the future of patient-centered AI at Noteless

Noteless is building technology that gives clinicians back their time. Our AI platform captures and structures patient conversations into medical notes, helping healthcare professionals spend more time with patients and less time documenting.

We’re now looking for a Product Manager to take full ownership of new product initiatives. You will bridge the gap between vision and reality. By leading the discovery phase, you will ensure we build the right things for the right people, transforming validated ideas into products that integrate seamlessly into the daily lives of healthcare users.

The Role

As our new Product Manager, you won’t be managing a legacy backlog. You will be exploring "the new." Your primary focus will be to identify and validate new product opportunities, by discussing new ideas internally, but also testing them on our clients. 

You will work closely with our founders, leadership, and a high-performing product team.

Your Impact and Responsibilities

• You will research, interview users, identify pain points, and rapidly test ideas through prototypes to find product-market fit.

• Use tools like Figma, AI-assisted coding (Cursor, Lovable), or others to build high-fidelity prototypes that can be tested with real users.

• Collaborate with the founding team to define the roadmap for new initiatives and find the strategic link between our core clinician platform and new products.

• Bridge the gap between vision and code. You will write detailed user stories and provide clear direction for the engineering and design teams.

• Discuss your ideas internally, manage stakeholders, and represent Noteless professionally towards partners and customers.

• Set up data infrastructures (using tools like Mixpanel) to analyze user behavior and iterate based on hard evidence.

Who we’re looking for

You are likely an "entrepreneurial soul" who thrives in ambiguity. You don’t necessarily need a manual to get started; you create the manual as you go.

We believe you have:

• 2-3+ years of product management experience, preferably from a SaaS environment. Experience from a startup or having founded your own venture is a plus.

• You don’t need to be a developer, but you must understand code and be an expert at prototyping tools.

• You enjoy structuring learning and data into actionable insights.

• You have experience in taking a product from an idea to a live MVP and beyond.

Personal traits:

• You are autonomous and take ownership of your domain.

• You are a clear communicator who can navigate complex health systems and different markets.
