About the Role
We're hiring a part-time Brand & Content Intern to focus on the written side of our brand. You'll take an active part in our growth projects and produce high-quality written material that carries Noteless's voice across our marketing, web, product, and sales assets. You'll work alongside and learn from a world-class design & product team, pairing your words with their design so each asset feels coherent and considered.
A lot of the job is judgment: knowing when to be clinical and precise, and when to be warmer and more conversational, depending on who's reading. You'll have room to take ownership of your work, and you'll be part of a small team that cares a lot about getting the details right.
This role is based in our Copenhagen office. It's part-time (typically 20-25 hours/week), with flexibility week to week. We review and hire applicants continuously.
You'll
Write and refine our product and marketing assets across product pages, feature explainers, brochures, landing pages, and sales materials; communicating what Noteless does for doctors clearly and convincingly.
Produce newsletters and some social content to keep our audience engaged.
Partner with our visual designers so written and visual elements come together into one clear, on-brand asset.
Adapt tone to fit each asset and audience, from clinical and precise to warm and conversational.
Help keep our voice consistent across channels as we grow.
Translate complex healthcare and technology topics into clear, accessible language.
Take ownership of your projects, from brief to finished asset.
Who You Are
A student in communication, marketing, journalism, English, design, or a related field, or simply an exceptional writer who can prove it.
Excellent command of written English; your copy is clean, precise, and rarely needs a second pass.
A strong instinct for tone, shifting register between channels and audiences.
Extremely detail-oriented; typos and clunky phrasing bother you.
Self-going and creative, comfortable turning a loose brief into finished work.
Curious and passionate about healthcare and/or technology.
A portfolio or writing samples are a strong plus.
